I am co-executor of a Will. Can I purchase banking history, of sole owner accounts? What can I find out about joint accounts? The bank told me the joint accounts became property of the other individuals listed on them.

As an executor of the Will, you should be able to obtain information on the solely-owned accounts of the decedent. The bank may require that you and your co-executor join in the request.
As for the jointly-owned accounts that have become the property of the surviving joint owners, banks will be justifiably reluctant to provide transaction history. Normally, banks field questions about balances and accrued interest in the account as of the date of death. If you need transaction history on such an account, you may need to ask the court administering the probate of the will to issue an order compelling disclosure of the information. Contact the clerk of that court for further information.
