What is the 'Camel Rating'?

How does one find out the camel rating for a specific bank? I specifically would like to know the camel rating for "National City Bank".

Untitled

CAMELS is an acronym for "Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earnings, Liquidity, and Sensitivity," six of the qualities by which banking regulators measure financial institutions in the United States. These ratings are, by law, confidential. Only a bank's directors and management and its state and/or federal regulator are privy to them. It is unlawful to provide a bank's CAMELS rating to the public. You can find out a good deal about the bank and its holding company at its website, and in financial reports the company files with the FDIC and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
