I have several checks in my name that total 39k. Will there be any problems or questions asked when I deposit the full amount to my bank?
Your bank may place a hold on the funds and allow you access to increasing amounts as time passes, allowing the checks to clear, but no, your bank should be able to handle large checks being deposited. If this were cash, they would have to ask you a few questions, but that isn't the case here.
