I had a joint account with my daughter from ten years ago. I was the primary on it. She never had anything to do with it. Now after ten years, she closed my account by letter and cleaned it out. What are my rights? How do I fight this?

Regardless of whether you considered the account yours, if it was established as a joint account with your daughter, your daughter had the same legal access to the account that you did. As far as the bank is concerned, it appears from your question that it acted properly. If you have a complaint, it's with your daughter, not the bank.
