I wired over $10,000 to someone in 2003. My bank can't find any record of this. They don't have copies of my 2003 bank account either. What can I do to find it? I dont have my records either.

Banks aren't required to keep the records you're looking for for more than five years. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a solution to this situation.
