When an account charges off in overdraft, what happens if someone can not pay it all at once?

If you cannot pay all at once, the bank will generally make payment arrangements so that the entire amount due is paid over a reasonable period of time. When the debt is repaid, ensure that if the bank reported the debt to any credit reporting agencies, that they now show it as paid in full.
