I was recently doing business on eBay and accepting payment through PayPal. My business online started to grow, and PayPal asked for more information than I wanted to give. My customer (US based) offered to do a wire transfer. Is there any way possible that he could get his money back out of my account? Is there any way he could try to scam me and say I never shipped something to him?
In the U.S., wire transfers, once received and credited to the beneficiary'saccount, are final. Your bank would have no authority to return the funds without your permission. Any dispute your customer might have with you would have to be brought to you directly or in the courts. The transfer could not be undone.
