Canceling Bank-to-Bank Transfers?

Can a bank-to-bank transfer be canceled after it has already been put into motion, and if the money has already been received from the other party, can it be refunded through the bank itself?

In the U.S., such transfers can be canceled if the funds have not been received and accepted by the beneficiary's bank. Once received and accepted, the beneficiary's consent is required.
