I deposit $1,130 in cash via the ATM at my bank two times each month. However my bank is telling me that my most recent deposit was only $130 instead of $1,130. I called customer service and the opened an investigation as well as talked to the people at the main branch of my bank. The people at the main branch told me that they ran a report that showed that there wasn't an error and customer service hasn't given me a response about their investigation.
I have bills that I need to pay and this is my only source of income. What can I do to make sure that I get this money? Is there any way that I can speed up the process so that I can pay my bills in a timely fashion?

The bank has ten business days to investigate your claim and resolve it. It can take longer if it provisionally credits your account within the ten day period (be sure you gave them your claim in writing; the bank can avoid making the provisional credit, if they asked for a written claim and you don't get it to them within that ten day period). It's always a much safer and wiser practice, to make cash deposits only in person, so that the bank verifies your deposit face-to-face.
