I have a non-incorporated company (let's call it Lollipop Digital Productions) and am trying to deposit a check written as such into my personal account. The check has my last name on it (Lollipop). Again, the check does not have "Inc." on it and my business is not an incorporated business. Why won't the bank allow me to deposit it into my personal account?

A business that is not incorporated and that is owned by a single individual is a sole proprietorship. It is not a separate legal entity. Nonetheless, the business must account for its income and expenses for IRS purposes and, ideally, business funds should not be commingled with personal funds.
The decision about whether to accept a check made payable to a sole proprietorship into a personal account of the business owner is a policy decision made by each financial institution. Some allow it, some don't. If it is causing you a real problem, ask to speak to your branch manager about it. If there's no "wiggle room" in the bank's policy, you will unfortunately either need to accept the situation (and set up an account for the sole proprietorship) or find an institution that is willing to accommodate your request for depositing such items in your personal account.
