I have been trying to transfer my funds from UK to Pakistan finally they are asking C.O.T Code. What does it mean? I'm searching, but I couldn't figure it out.

"COT code" stands for "cost of transfer." We have also read that COT codes have been involved in some forms of wire transfer fraud, although we have no information that would lead us to believe that your transfer would be involved in such a venture.
Contact the UK bank for guidance on this question. It is not something with which U.S. banks are involved.
