Direct Deposit of Paycheck to Another's Account

Can I have my pay check directly deposited into anyone's account without my name on the account?

This is a really bad idea, and most banks, if they are aware of the name mismatch, we refuse to accept such payments. It's a bad idea for you to do this because if the funds are successfully deposited to this other individual's account, you lose control of the money, and there is no assurance you'll receive it.

It's also a bad idea because if the receiving bank learns of the mismatched name, it may return the payment. That can put your net pay into limbo, and make it even more difficult for you to get it.
