Can Funds Be Frozen Under the Patriot Act?

Under the Patriot Act, can my funds be frozen? Transfers denied? I am in an offshore stock market trading pool, and I anticipate a large return soon. I'm just looking for the best way to bring in my funds without a bunch of hassles.

There are a number of reasons funds could be frozen and not released. There is not sufficient information to determine if any circumstances exist in this case. The "hassles" you want to avoid may be unavoidable to complete your transactions legally. Your bank can assist you in your transaction, but will not if it is your intent to skirt the law.
