There are a number of resources on the web. However, the U.S. does not yet participate in IBAN, which is currently restricted to European Union countries, so if you want to transfer funds to an account in the EU from a bank in the U.S., you'll need to determine the SWIFT routing codes. Contact the bank to which you want to transfer funds to determine the correct routing codes to be used.
