If the deposit was made in the form of checks, your business will remain liable for the amount of any check that is dishonored for any reason, so it would be wise to wait a day or so before wiring funds. Your bank may hold some part of the deposit for two to five business days, and you should check your available deposit balance before sending the wire. Leave sufficient funds in your operating account to cover any checks that might take extra time for collection.
