Opening a US Business Account from Abroad

I am a non-US resident, but I would like to open a U.S. bank account for my new U.S. (Delaware based) company which I formed through the internet. I can't get a Visa to visit U.S., and therefore I can't go in person to the bank, so what are my options to open a U.S. business bank account? I will provide all required documents, company documents, EIN, US office lease, Passport, etc. Also I have a friend living in US, but I don't know how he can open a business bank account for our company. Can we give him a warrant, permission?

Find a U.S. based bank with a foreign branch you are able to visit and attempt to open an account there. U.S. banks have strict requirements for verification of their customers identity. While you might be able to find a bank that would open the account remotely, this may be hard to find. The bank has to know to its own satisfaction what that account is for and how it will be used. Otherwise, they open themselves up to criticism. Your circumstances don't lend themselves to an easy relationship.
