Does Offset on Personal Account Extend to Corporate?

I have a corporate checking account and a personal second mortgage in default at the same bank. Can they use the right of offset to take corporate funds if my name is a signer on the corporate fund?

It has been done. Is it legal? No. The corporation is a separate legal entity, and is not responsible for your personal debts.
