Can a business owner, who has had negative reports filed with ChexSystems on him personally, open a business bank account?
A negative entry in ChexSystems' records is not an absolute bar to opening a deposit account. A fair number of banks don't use ChexSystems reports at all, and of those that do, not all use them for opening business accounts.
Unfortunately, there's no list that can help you identify such a bank. Try to open the account at several of the banks in your area.
