I am on several accounts with my co-owner to the company. The other owner has recently changed the password to the accounts online and will not reveal it to me. Can he legally do this and how is this not fraud? I feel that this action is not for the best interest of the company.
Simply blocking your access to the account isn't fraud, and it's probably not illegal, either, if you still have access to the accounts in other ways. You have been significantly inconvenienced, to be sure, and it sounds like there is something more going on between you and the other owner than simply blocking account access, which you need to resolve with the other owner, if you plan to continue in business together.
