Bank Removes VP from Business Account: Legal?

Can a bank take my name off the account of a business of which I am vice president, without my consent?

The owner of the account, that is the company, should be providing the bank with corporate resolutions that identify who is able to transact business. If the bank has an issue with one of the signers for some reason, that should be discussed with a point of contact at the bank, but the resolution should be the document the bank follows if they want that account.
