Is Signer on Account Liable for Loans?

I am a signer on a business account. Am I held liable for all the business loans associated with that account? What if I am the only signer?

Untitled

Being a signer on a deposit account will not make you liable for a loan. You will have had to agree to that. Evidence is generally signing the Note form or some guaranty form associated with the loan.
