Why would my bank ask me for my ID, address and SSN to deposit $4200.00 cash into my business account? I am not a signer on the account, but I am the only one that ever makes deposits into this account.

The bank appears to have a policy and procedure of obtaining information on the individuals making cash deposits greater than some dollar amount (perhaps $3,000), so that if the aggregate cash deposit activity in and account in a business day, through multiple deposits, exceeds $10,000, the bank can complete accurately the Currency Transaction Report it must file.
