Bookkeeper's Account Frozen for Company's Bad Check

I am a bookkeeper for many companies, as well as the signer on their accounts. One of these companies wrote a bad check to the bank, and the bank froze all my bank accounts. Is this legal?

If you are certain that the bank's freeze on your accounts is based on one of the companies' bad checks, contact the bank and demand that the freeze be lifted. As a signer on that company's account, you are not liable or responsible for any action of the company. The bank's action has no legal justification at all.
