Garnishing Account of Limited Partnership

Can a bank account in the name of a limited partnership be restrained or garnished by a judgment creditor of a limited partner of the partnership, but not of the limited partnership entity?

The individual partner and the limited partnership are two separate legal persons. The partnership is not liable for the obligations of its partners, and its account should not be affected by a garnishment order against the assets of its limited partner.
