Cashing Checks when Corporate Account is Closed

How do you cash a check from vendors who are still paying balances on outstanding invoices after your corporate bank account is closed and the company is out of business?


You either have to have the checks reissued, open, or reopen a bank account specifically for the purpose of clearing that sort of check.
