Problem with One-Signature Checking Account

Our corporation has a one-signature checking account and that person has recently become incapacitated. What happens to the corporation's funds?


You should be able to follow the corporate charter and amend with the bank who is authorized to sign checks. Obviously this is a good time to assign more than one person to this task.
