About Major Loans for Developers

When developers ask the banks for major loans for projects, what is the maxamium amount of finance that the bank are willing to put up themselves, and is there a timeframe for when it has to be paid back?


Each bank will establish its own lending caps within regulatory limits. The caps will vary based on the type of loan, the capital structure of the bank and the marketplace. The repayment terms will likewise depend on the project, the strength of the borrower, and other variables. In much more simple terms, there simply is no standard answer.
