In Texas, if you have a charge-off of a business loan, and they might go for a judgment. Can that same bank take money from my checking account in their institution and/or from another bank where I have money, to help satisfy the debt?
If the lender gets a judgment against you and identifies an account of a person owing them, yes. If you were personally signed on the business debt, you personally owe the money. Your personal accounts are at risk until you clear this up with the lender. You might try making payment arrangements with them. Those arrangements would then preclude them from seeking this garnishment of your deposits.
