Transferring Liability to Partner

My ex-partner and I have two personal unsecured loans. She has been unwilling to contribute anything towards these loans and I have to make payments on both. Is there anything that I can do to make myself legally liable for only half of the current outstanding balances?

No. The lender wanted both of you, equally, in the event one was not going to pay. You might be able to make some arrangements with your partner personally, or through your attorney, to force her to own up to her half, but if you are the only one making an effort to pay, your lender won't let you off the hook. They want all their money back.
