Obtaining Funding for a Business Plan

I have created a business plan that has won the endorsement of key parties for its targeting goal as a tourist attraction venue. How can a banker or bank contact help me create an investor group to fund this project?

This isn't a service BankingQuestions.com provides. We answer many banking questions, but we do not arrange or solicit loan or depository services for banks, customers or investors.

Banks will make decisions on loan requests, but they are not in the business of putting investor groups together. Who you want to do business with is your decision. The bank wouldn't want any liability in the event this "marriage" ended in divorce.
In you have your plan well defined, take it to a local commercial bank and present it, and request a loan. They'll have forms and questions, but you have to start somewhere.
