Recourse after Bank Failed to Pay Letter of Credit

My bank failed to pay an irrevocable Letter of Credit within the required 5-day period upon my request as beneficiary. I have complied with the terms contained in the Guarantee for the Demand. What recourse do I have against the bank?

Ask the bank why the terms of the agreement were not met. If you were harmed in this process and the bank will not "make it right" in a manner acceptable to you, you may have to seek counsel as the bank failed to meet a contractual obligation.
