My aunt told me years ago that she had a CD for me. Her daughter-in-law was in charge of my aunt's will. She told me that she found the CD, then said there wasn't any. I know there was, and am still trying to locate it. My aunt passed away nineteen years ago. I would appreciate any help you could give me in locating the CD.
If your aunt's daughter-in-law didn't turn up a CD with money in it for you, it may have been surrendered to the state as unclaimed property. Start with this website, and read through the suggestions you find there. If that doesn't help, its probable that your chances of locating those funds are not very good after nineteen years.
