If I am married, can I have a CD with another person as the beneficiary?
There are some restrictions on retirement accounts that require consideration of a spouse, and spousal consent for the naming of someone else as primary beneficiary, but if you are not asking about a retirement account, we aren't aware of any such restrictions.
