I am a US citizen living part time in the US and part time in Europe. I am working in both in the US and in Europe. I am trying to figure out what is the best way to manage my money and have it all link together. Currently, I have a US Savings/Checking account and a bank account in the UK. Is there any way possible to have it all in one place, since I do have bills to pay etc.? I would prefer just having one bank account where everything is.

Assuming you have bills denominated both in U.S. dollars and pounds sterling or euros, you'd need an account that allows you to make payments in the appropriate currency and converts the payment amounts for posting to your account. Frankly, if such an account exists, it would be at a bank with an international department.
Pose your question to a representative from a U.S. bank with a U.K. office and/or a U.K. bank (such as HSBC) with U.S. offices. Ask if you can remit in different currencies from a single account. Such an account was recently advertised on the Royal Bank of Scotland's website. Under the Personal Banking section of their homepage, click on "Travel and International" and then on "Currency Accounts."
Failing that, you may find that you can use a credit card to pay international obligations. MasterCard and Visa routinely convert international transactions to a home currency.
