I would like to know when my bank received the money from a check I deposited. I deposited my disability check on a Monday evening through the bank's ATM; the computer says they put a seven day hold it. I would like to know when the money from this check entered my account.

The funds entered your account on Tuesday, and that's when it will show up on your bank statement. However, your bank is entitled to delay your access to the funds from the check based on the type of check and the location of the bank on which it was drawn. Without knowing specifics about the check, the name and branch location of your bank, it can't be said how long that delay is permitted to be.
