Money was wired to Wachovia after a three month battle with an inheritance. They say the funds are there, but I have to wait over a week to get any of my money. I asked them why, and they said they could not answer that. What do I do?

If funds were wired to your checking account at the bank there should not be any delay on your access to them. Funds transfers made by wire are generally considered good funds not capable of being reversed, so your bank should give you prompt access.
Contact your branch manager. If she or he cannot give you an answer, ask to speak to a regional manager. There should not be a week's delay in your access.
