Bank of America is closing my checking and savings, which I have had with them for three years, because a personal check someone gave me for $600.00 was returned. They placed a hold on my account until it is closed out, and then they say they will issue me a cashier's check. How long does this whole process take, and is there anything I can do speed it up? I have no funds at this point; everything is in the bank.
