I know I am in ChexSystem and Telechek for overdrawnaccounts. I have a new bank account. Can I write checks? I have never written a bad check. I am in there for overdrafts.

If you have a checking account and it allows checks to be written from it, there is no reason you can't use that feature. Check the documentation you received when you opened the new account. It will tell you if checks can be written.
