Last week I found that I have a hold on my checking account for $1130.87. I tried to get answers through the bank, but they were very rude. I took the money and deposited it for that amount on hold; however, they still wouldn't help me. I asked for a copy, since I deposited the amount needed, which was the bulk of our savings. My daughter is disabled and we live on her income. I am scared and very frustrated. I need to pay our bills. Please help.

Try to find someone else at the bank who can provide you with the information you need. If you are treated rudely, you should voice a complaint to a manager or other supervisor.
