I made a deposit of two checks. One check was from my mother to pay a land use fee for my home, which gets deposited, and then the bank issues a check to the land owner. The second check was from a closed account. The next day, I went to the bank to get my monthly land use check from my mother's deposited check and found out that my account was closed, and I would have to wait weeks until the the bad check was returned to get the good check money out. If I don't pay my landlord immediately, I will be evicted from the home I own on the his land. How can I get the bank to release the good funds in my account?

You'll have to explain to the bank's satisfaction why you deposited a check on the closed account. Ask the bank to set aside that amount, pending the return of the check on the closed account, and allow you to access the funds from your mother.
There's absolutely no guarantee this will work. The bank is obviously concerned that you may be attempting to defraud it, and you will need to be your most persuasive self to convince the bank that you simply made a mistake. If this succeeds, get rid of the checks on the old account so that you don't make such an error again.
