My husband's ex-wife stole a check from our locked mailbox. The check was from an account that was jointly owned, but was not given to her in the divorce. Chase Bank accepted the check with only her signature, for deposit into her private account. No one will help us collect this money back! Can you help us?

The ex-wife stole your mail. That is a federal offense if this was from the US Postal Service.
The bank apparently paid a valid check written by someone on the account. The bank then followed the orders of an account owner. The divorce may have given that account to your husband, but that has nothing to do with the bank. That would be a violation of the divorce court's order again by the ex-wife.
You need to contact your lawyer, possibly the police department and as to the bank, your husband should have closed that account and opened a new one. If that hasn't been done, do it now.
