Bank Fraud: What to do?

What can I do about a person going to the bank without my knowledge, adding himself to my account, stealing and overdrawing it?

Go to your bank and ask how and why they added anyone to your account without an owner's consent. If this account was yours alone and you provided no authorization, the bank should close and reopen a new account for you at no cost. Any funds and fees taken by this person should be replaced by the bank.

Essentially, this shouldn't happen. The bank may provide some explanation as to how it happened. You will have to decide, based on this, if you want to bank there any longer, or if other action is required on your part.
