Not being familiar with the laws of other countries, its not possible to say you could or couldn't, but if the intent is to not leave a trail, you'd still be doing that in electronic form, and if online gambling is illegal where you are and this would be to evade those rules, it would still be illegal based on your location, regardless of where you bank.
