Policy on Depositing Third Party Checks

Is there a policy on depositing third party checks?

Untitled

Each bank decides whether to have a policy on accepting third party checks for deposit, and what that policy will be. Third party checks are checks that have been transferred by the original payee to a third party by means of an endorsement. For example, if a check cashing store or supermarket cashes a customer's payroll check, the check cashing store or supermarket deposits the check as a third party.
