Can a minor cash a paycheck, and receive the money without depositing to an account, or getting an account of some sort involved?
The best place to try to cash a paycheck is the bank on which the check is drawn. There, if you have identification meeting the bank's requirements, you should be able to cash it without an account. Some banks have begun restricting that ability or charging a fee, so before you endorse your paycheck, ask the bank if it will cash the check with identification.
