Check with Three Payees: What do I do with It?

What can I do with a check from a loan company that is written out to two people and an auto service center? To complicate matters, I am not getting the work done there and they won't sign off on it.

The service center is probably unwilling to sign off on the check because it doesn't want to be responsible for work it doesn't do. Consequently, you'll need to take the check back to the loan company and get it re-issued. Depending on the terms of your loan agreement, the lender may require that you designate who will do the work on the vehicle, and that the check be reissued with that party listed as a payee.
