Depositing Check for Son

If my mom wants to send a check to me for my son and makes the check out in his name, how will I be able to deposit it in his savings account? He lives out of state and doesn't have access to his branch anywhere in his state.

If the check is payable to him and you take it to his bank for deposit, the bank will probably be willing to accept it without his having to endorse it. The bank can also supply his endorsement using a bank stamp that guarantees it was deposited to his account.
