Bank Wants Check Signed, not Stamped

Would a mortgage company sign or stamp their endorsement on a insurance check to release it to me? I had it stamped by them, but my bank says its needs a signature, and my mortgage company says its stamps them with the company name. What should I do?

A stamp from the bank is often good enough. In this case, your bank wants more before they accept it for deposit, and they are the ones you need to please. There are two options to get this done quickly: ask your bank to call someone at the mortgage company to verify the approval, or go back and get the check signed.
