Signing IRS Check Over to Company

I have a tax refund check from the IRS made out to my husband and I, as we filed jointly. The money actually belongs to my company, as it overpaid on my behalf. How do I sign the check over to the company? They've given me a corporate entity name that would be the recipient.

Both you and your wife would endorse the check, and above the first endorsement should be written: "Pay to [name of company]" It may be cleaner for you and your wife to deposit the check to your joint account and then write a check to the company instead.
