I have a business name under LLC and a business checking account under my business name. I endorse my business check with my personal name. Will the bank accept it?
Your bank may accept it, but it shouldn't. Checks should be endorsed as they are made payable, with allowances for minor misspellings, abbreviations, etc.
However, all is not lost. You can add the business's endorsement below yours before depositing the check to your business account.
